We started out in an environment that talked about people first, but never really showed it. We saw what that does to people, and we decided to make a change. So five years ago a few of us started meeting every week to do the opposite. No product, no company. One rule: people first, always. The group grew into a standard, and the standard grew into a company. The rule never changed. Today it has a name: For The People.

Six values. They are not decoration on the steps: they are the stepping stones into For The People. Before anything else, you get our norms and values. They are taught to everyone who joins, and every six months we sharpen them with our leaders. It is not just a name. We live it.

06The Freedom Cycle
Freedom is not one thing. Money without health, health without a strong mind, a strong mind that never actually lives: each one falls over on its own. So we build all four at once, finance, health, mindset and experiences, and we call the whole of it the Freedom Cycle. One membership, one community, four areas of your life. People do not join us to learn. They join us to become someone.

08The FTP Foundation
The FTP Foundation is the part of For The People that gives instead of teaches. The company teaches people to build a free life. The Foundation brings that to people who cannot build it themselves: food on the table, a gift at Christmas, a place in school.

Everywhere in the world, for the people who have the least. The poor. People with a disability. Families that do not make it to the end of the month. Wherever the need is real and the help lands directly.

A fixed part of what the company earns goes to the Foundation first, before anyone gets paid. So it does not depend on a good year or a good mood. And every member and every partner can join in: with time, with what you know, with extra money if you want to. Build with us, and you build this too.

Norms and values everybody lived by, before there even was a company, before there was a platform to sell. That is still what we build first: a weekly call, a monthly event, a room where people know your name, and leaders who carry the standard before they carry a title. Everything else is built on top of that. And we are not only building our own community. We are building community worldwide, with the Foundation here from day one.

Our market is where network marketing meets online education. People pay a monthly fee to learn a real skill, and they can build a business around it if they want to. It is a worldwide industry, and it is one of the few where an ordinary person can build something of their own. We started in the Netherlands. We are active across Europe. And the map is not finished.
The platform is live, the company is set up, and we are ready to expand to the first new countries. The next twelve months decide who opens them.
